Write for us
We welcome clear, original pitches about wellness literacy, daily routines, rest, movement, personal care, and the claims that surround them. Send proposals through the Contact page rather than submitting a finished article.
What makes a strong pitch
Offer one focused question, explain what a reader will understand or be able to consider afterward, and say why the subject will stay useful beyond a passing trend. A good pitch respects differences in budget, schedule, ability, and preference, and does not rely on miracle language or pressure to buy.
What to include
Use the Contact page to share a working title, a short outline, the intended reader, and any relevant experience or sources you would bring. Disclose potential conflicts of interest. Please do not include private health details or promise results that the article cannot establish.
Editorial fit
We look for specific, readable ideas that can be handled responsibly for a general audience. We do not seek disguised advertising, unsupported cure claims, or instructions that ask readers to replace qualified care with a lifestyle tip. A proposal is not a guarantee of publication.
